There’s more to my brother’s murder than I realised…

Shadows in the halls, mysteries lurking around every corner.

Whoever killed him is covering their tracks well.

And now I’m walking a dangerous line between getting close to the four kings for information and wanting to crawl deeper under their skin for my own desires.

I can’t trust anyone.

I can’t let my guard down.

And I must keep the urges of my body separate from my heart.

But I’m starting to break all of my own rules.

I just hope I’m not falling for my brother’s killer.

This is a reverse harem series set in the world of Zodiac Academy four years before the Vega Twins were Awakened. Expect some character cross-over, dark and hot romance, and a twisted murder mystery which will leave your head spinning.

“You’d put yourself at risk for him?”
“I’d do the same for you.”

OMG! This was so much more than I expected, it was such a rollercoster ride, in a good way. I love the Zodiac Academy series, and love RH, so I was super excited for this spin-off series set in a very different part of that world.  Caroline and Susanne have done it again! This book is absolutely fantastic and I enjoyed reading it, I literally devoured it in a day. You don’t need to read Zodiac Academy before reading this series! But there are some character cross overs!

Savage Fae continues with Elise still on the hunt for her brother’s killer. It seems every new lead she stumbles upon ends up leading to a somewhat dead end for her. So she is frustrated, angry and kind of getting nowhere despite having lots of pieces to a seemingly, never-ending puzzle of her brother’s murder. She suspects the 4 major players along with few others. Story gives us some more clues about Gareth’s past life. Elise is a badass character overall. I like she is bold when she wants to be and will have the backs of folks she really cares for.

This book is dark, and light and tempting into the next level. I loved all the different aspects of the book. It was brilliant, the characters have so much depth, the pace is great, the world is absolutely beautiful and so unique and fresh.

And yes, of course the cliffhanger, these two authors definitely know how to keep their readers hanging in suspense for the next book! This book is absolutely fantastic, exciting, thrilling, terrifying, and addicting. It will leave you wanting more! The characters are complex and the storyline is great!

I can’t wait for the next book, Vicious Fae!😍

 I highly recommend it!
